The Board of Directors Manual

The governance rules and practices manual explains how the Board of Directors conducts the business of the Vancouver International Airport Authority. Among other things, it sets out the code of conduct for Directors, the responsibilities of the Chair, the CEO and Board Committees and the Airport Authority’s corporate by-laws. Its publication is one of many avenues by which the Airport Authority accounts to the community.
