In celebration of the Coast Salish art and craft practiced by Musqueam people, four weavings were commissioned to hang in the International Terminal. Measuring approximately 1.5 meters by five meters (5 feet by 16 feet), each weaving reflects modern and traditional design elements. The yarn for each weaving has been "hand prepared" and included colour dying the black, red and gold yarn, which has been woven into the raw yarn base.

The weavings hang close to the Welcome Figures so they can be viewed from all sides in the arrivals area on The Arrivals Level. The Musqueam Weavers are Debra Sparrow, Robyn Sparrow, Krista Point, Gina Grant and Helen Calbreath.
